April 2007 Updates

4.29.07 - Again, I'm not dead

I'm getting rather repetitive with this, aren't I? It's been six months since my last update, and there's really no other excuse than I just haven't felt like working on the site.

I'll only work on the site if I feel inclined to, I don't like my work to half-assed and half-hearted. So, I don't know how often I'll update anymore, but I'm never going to put the site on hiatus.

I'm going to make a note on requests, I'm flat out not going to do them anymore. Despite there being a warning at the top and bottom of the requests page that they were closed, I still kept on getting people asking me to make them a layout. Even after I removed the requests page I still kept on getting requests. So from now on I will not be taking anymore requests. The only exception will in the cases of those that I have fulfilled requests for in the past.

Also, until I find a better script for updates, I'm going to quit using Cutenews. The amount of spam that I had been getting was extremely annoying so I'm just going to stop using it, if you want to comment on something please use the guestbook or email me.

For the update I changed the site layout and retired the skins. The new layout features Rion from Blood Hound by Kaori Yuki, the main image was colored by me. Nothing much else to say about the layout, it's rather simple. I mainly just wanted to change the layout since the others had been up for so long. Full credits on the current layout page. For once the layout is actually Valid HTML 4.01 Transitional (the css is also valid), but I'm pretty sure that my content pages aren't. :\

No other updates today other than the layout. I'll try to have a real update sometime, but don't hold your breath. XD
